Services
Having a full service die shop in house is a great asset. Down time is minimized because corrections and repairs can be made while a job remains on press, rather than pulling a job because the die needs to be sent out to be fixed. Costs are kept down by making die cut quality cad samples to check for potential construction problems prior to making the die, helping to minimize costly die changes. Also, by letting us create an electronic file of the die before the project gets started is of great value. By using these files, your art department can skip the step of creating the die line to drop in your customer's artwork. This also helps to shorten the waiting time for dies. In many instances, the die is ready before the job even hits our floor.
