Folding / Gluing

Hot Foil Stamping

Embossing
Want to add some depth and dimension to the surface of your piece? We can accommodate your embossing needs with blind, registered or multi-level embossing and have the capability to emboss a wide range of stocks including metalized, uncoated and coated paper, too. In some cases, embossing and die cutting can be run in a single pass, making for a substantial cost savings.
Windowing
When you need to both showcase your product but protect it too, our high-speed windowing is an added packaging enhancement that looks great while protecting its valuable contents from damage. Window materials include polypropylene, polyester and biodegradable Acetate films, which are all FDA approved for direct food contact.
Tape/Tear String Application
For the ultimate in convenience, adding pressure-sensitive tape and/or tear string to mailers for manual fulfillment and easy opening is another automated operation provided by Andrews. This application is useful for:

Inserting/Tipping
When it comes to the automatic application of a pre-folded PI (Product Information) or T&C (Terms and Conditions) into or onto a sheet, folded brochure, or stitched book, the possibilities at Andrews are endless. Padding
Whether you need 10,000 or 10,000,000 pads, we can handle it all. Donation pads, desk calendars, coupon pads, prescriptions, or special promotions are just a few options.
